Total Therapy Studios is based at 2 Denne Parade, just minutes away from the town centre. We're only 50 yards away from Denne Road pay and display car park. Scroll down to the map below for more details of our location. Car parking is reserved on site for those with impaired mobility, so please feel free to call us on 01403 249 511 to let us know if this is the case. You can always pop in to have a look around, we love having visitors. We can have a cup of tea and a natter about how we do things.

Whilst we're here, please note that we don't offer online booking for treatment. Whilst this can have its place, we feel that in order to provide you with the most appropriate treatment it's best to speak to you, and fully understand your needs. However, if you attend classes with us you're able to manage these online. Our system allows you to book onto classes, remove yourself from classes you can't attend, and perform other tasks like seeing how many passes you have remaining or purchasing more. Please note our reception area isn't manned until 9am most mornings. As you can imagine, with such a broad range of therapies and classes on offer, we don't offer all therapies with all of our team all across our entire opening hours. However, please give us a call on 01403 249511 to find out about an appointment and a member of our team will go through all of the options available.

33 Carfax

Total Therapy Holistic

Total Therapy Holistic is our new premises in the Carfax. Whilst we were scheduled to be open in March 2020, the opening was delayed due to the Corona Virus outbreak. However, we're now open with reduced hours. Generally speaking, all of our Yoga and holistic therapies will be held at this new delightful site.

Whilst there will be a reception team in place at Total Therapy Holistic, at the moment all calls and booking enquiries should be made to the Denne Parade number - 01403 249 511. The two sides to our business are very much joined up, and you can book to see all therapists at either site. This is similar for class credits, online booking, all of it, to be honest. Think of it as one business, with rooms just 400 away from each other!
